Mr. Boich joined the company in 1999 and worked in all facets of the Company before becoming CEO in 2005. Under Mr. Boich’s leadership the company has grown significantly and into the international market with the acquisition of Signal Peak Energy in July 2008. Signal Peak is one of the largest underground coal mines in the world. Mr. Boich graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 1998.
