He is now lauded as one of the top new generation hoteliers with venerable projects such as the Gale South Beach and The Shelborne and the $50 million critically-acclaimed renovation of the Mondrian South Beach in which he partnered with the Morgan’s hotel group. Menin recently developed a new brand of boutique hotels called MARKET, which will be opening in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.
